Spanish Wine Seminar Or Dinner at Island Prime and C Level

Maurice DiMarino, Cetified Spanish Wine Educator will host a Spanish Wine Seminar on March 6  from Noon-2:00p.m. at Island Prime and C Level.  As promised the wine seminars are back!  Maurice will take you on a tour of the most adored regions of Spain and introduce you to some of the most up and coming regions. On Wednesday, March 10, join Chef Deborah Scott and Maurice DiMarino for a culinary event exploring the flavors of Spain. Chef Deborah will create classic Spanish dishes with her famous twist while Maurice will pair them with Spanish wines as you experience Spain through food and wine.
