Mustangs and Burros Live at the Estancia

Every Friday and Saturday night, live music keeps the Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa kicking at Mustangs & Burros.  Mustangs & Burros was recently recognized by readers of SDnews.com/La JollaVillagenews.com as the “Best Of” in three categories: Overall Restaurant, Best Dinner, and Restaurant with Live Music.

The inviting rustic rancho style bar and lounge has a grand outdoor fireplace and extraordinary Spanish atmosphere.  It an ideal gathering for friends and associates.  Relax and enjoy the local beers on tap or signature margaritas as well as taste of a selection of kickin’ appetizers and a dinner menu of hearty comfort foods.

Southern California and Mexico cuisines blend together dishes like Roasted Corn Poblano Soup, Cumin Crusted Mahi Mahi, Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, and Halibut Veracruzano.  Also available are the Mustang Daily Specials that include Achiote Chicken Flautas with Avocado Crème & Salsa Roja, Trio of Carne Asada Tacos with Salsa Verde and Trio of Mini Tamales (this may be subject to change).
