Every Friday and Saturday night, live music keeps the Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa kicking at Mustangs & Burros. Also available are the Mustang Daily Specials that include Achiote Chicken Flautas with Avocado Crème & Salsa Roja, Trio of Carne Asada Tacos with Salsa Verde and Trio of Mini Tamales (this may be subject to change).
