Norton Art Museum Adds Sunday Brunch

When you think about brunch in Palm Beach County, the options for tempting cuisine are slim. But now, you can add one more must-try location to your list — The Norton Art Museum. Ken Lyon — who you may recognize from  Lyon + Lyon catering, Fratelli Lyon, Lyon Frères et Compagnie and his run at The Cape Cod Room —  along with Sharithma Almodovar, Executive Chef from Lyon + Lyon Catering have created a brunch menu for the Norton Art Museum in West Palm Beach.

This new menu, available on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. features classic brunch dishes with a contemporary twist — served a la carte. Enjoy pancakes with your choice of pecan caramel sauce or hot apple compote with syrup ($10); Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict with herb cream cheese, fresh aspagus, a buttermilk biscuit and hollandaise sauce ($15); Curried Chicken Salad with mango chutney, couscous, green apple, walnuts and lettuce ($13); or a Deconstructed Warm Carrot Cake with butterscotch caramel and cream cheese ice cream ($6). Beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee drinks will all be available to pair with your breakfast fare.

Turn your Sunday brunch into a cultural event, and spend the day at the museum. The public can dine in the Café without paying admission to the Museum. However a tour of the galleries and special exhibitions require admission ($12 for adults; $5 for visitors ages 13-21; and free for Members and children under 13).

The Norton Museum is located at 1451 S Olive Ave, West Palm Beach 561.832.5196 For reservations, email or call 561.832.5196, ext. 1123
