2010 Gold Medal Wine Tour

Each year in January, the top wine names in Florida (and a few from around the nation) gather round for the American Fine Wine Competition. They sip and swirl hundreds of wines (this year there were over 500) from the United States and award medals for these beautifully produced wines. While there is a fantastic awards ceremony in April, that has now passed, there is still one more series of events that will be kicking off shortly — the  Gold Medal Wine Tour. These dinners, scheduled at a variety of restaurants throughout South Florida, feature the Gold Medal award-winning wines and the delectable cuisine from the area’s top chefs. And…the schedule was just announced along with the benefiting charities for each dinner.
