Summer Grill Along the Embarcadero

If the sudden turn in warm weather has you hankering for foods that come off the grill, check out Chef Kory Stewart of the award-winning Americano Restaurant & Bar at Hotel Vitale. Stewart is introducing a new Summer Grille Menu that will be available twice a week on Americano’s popular waterfront patio during lunch.

Chef Stewart upholds Americano’s long-standing philosophy of using only the freshest, sustainable ingredients for all the restaurant’s dishes – modern interpretations of soulful, delicious Italian cuisine – and producing artisan, hand-crafted fare.  The off-the-grill items will change every week offering  lunch out on the patio or to go.

Highlights of Chef Stewart’s Summer Grille menu include Grilled Fig Leaf Wrapped Black Cod with Castelvetrano Olive Tapenade and Preserved Meyer Lemon and Lamb Polpette Spiedini with Sungold Cherry Tomato and Farro Salad, along with grilled selections such as Heritage pork, Hearst Ranch beef, house-made sausages and burgers, as well as fresh-from-the-market vegetables.
