Chateau Ste. Michelle 2010 Summer Concert Series

Another big summer concert line up is Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Summer Concert Series.  Hosting live performances since 1984, this is a great venue offering a fun mix of headline jazz, rock, blues, and contemporary artists.

Pink Martini Splendor in the Grass This is a rather intimate venue, with seating in amphitheater style.  You can buy reserved seats, which consist of higher backed plastic chairs, or you can opt for field seating.  Bring some blankets, a picnic, and all the non-alcoholic beverages that you wish.  You can purchase wine at the Wine Shop, and that’s the only alcohol permitted inside.  Some food options will also be available for purchase.

Children are permitted and, if over 3 years of age, require a ticket.  If under 3, admission is FREE in general admission area only.  Everyone in the reserved seating area required a ticket, regardless of age.  Low back beach chairs, no higher than 12 inches, are permitted.

Dress warm as the concert goes on rain or shine!  And leave the cameras and recording devices at home.  They’re prohibited and may be confiscated.

  • July 31st – Ringo Starr & his All Starr Band
  • August 6th – Natalie Merchant
  • August 7-8th – KWIZ Music Festival
  • August 12th – The B-52’s & Blondie
  • August 13th – Chris Isaak
  • August 27th – Earth, Wind & Fire
  • August 28th – Crowded House
  • August 29th – Pink Martini
  • September 25th – Harry Connick, Jr.

Net proceeds from the concert series goes to support local and national charities.

Tickets:  Prices vary.  Reserved and General Admission tickets are available, and may be be purchased at the Chateau Ste. Michelle Wine Shop by phone at (800) 745-3000, or through Ticketmaster.  Service charges apply.

Parking:  Limited on-site parking available for $5 (cash only)  Complimentary off-site parking is available a short walk away, and there is also shuttle transportation both before and after the concert.  Carpooling is encouraged.
