Vintage Hotels Culinary Festival

Vintage Hotels, a chain of high end hotels in Niagara on the Lake is starting a new tradition this year with the first annual culinary festival. Starting April 10th, and happening each weekend until May 2nd, this festival will be a mix of cooking demonstrations, seminars, and dinners provided by some of the best chefs in the country.

Chefs that are lined up to take part in the festival include: John Higgins of George Brown Chef School, James Olbergy, a former member of Culinary Team Canada, Scott Baecheler, an award winning chef, Tyrone Miller, an internationally trained chef and educator, Trever Ritchie, the 2010 world champion of the Junior Chefs Challenge, as well as some chefs made famous by their shows on the Food Network: Anna Olsen, Jacques Pepin and Lynn Crawford.

Tickets are going fast for this event, and can be purchased individually or as a package with overnight stays at one of the Vintage Hotels: Prince of Wales (map), Queen’s Landing (map) and the Pillar and Post (map).
