Lisbon Carnival
Far from many other Carnivals in Portugal (not to mention the obvious Brazil), the Lisbons XII Carnival Parade is rather simple, but great to attend if you’re around the area.
There will be music and dancing and lots of costumes… and street performing…
The parade will start at Praça do MunicÃpio (map) and will go around the old part of town, passing through Praça do Comércio, Rua da Prata and ending at Praça D. Pedro IV.
It’s free and you can just pop in along the way.
When: 16th of February
