San Francisco CityPass Saves Time & Money
Visitors to San Francisco who want to see all the sights, while saving on both time and money, will want to take advantage of all that San Francisco CityPass has to offer. CityPass is a ticket booklet that contains admission to major San Francisco attractions, along with map and transportation information, insider tips, and a few other little bonus features.
Although using a CityPass offers a substantial discount over paying individual admissions, one of its biggest features is the saving of time it represents. CityPass users get to skip the line to buy tickets, as well as getting to go to the front of the entry line. When time is money, saving a half hour here and there can mean the difference between seeing all the attractions or just a couple. And, if you’re traveling with kids, it can preserve their energy for seeing the sights instead of waiting in line crankiness.
The San Francisco CityPass covers the following attractions:
- California Academy of Sciences (map)
- Blue & Gold Fleet Bay Cruise (map)
- Aquarium of the Bay (map)
- San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (map)
- Exploratorium (map) or deYoung Museum (map) and Legion of Honor
- Unlimited MUNI and Cable Car rides for 7 days
The San Francisco CityPass is priced at $59 for adults and $39 for children. It can be purchased online, or at the first attraction that you visit. Once validated at the attraction you first visit, it is valid for nine days.
