Get a Free Facial or Massage with Exhale Spa’s Buddha Bootcamp

Tomorrow will be February 1, one month into 2010. How are your New Year’s Resolutions going? Are you staying fit, eating healthy, and eating less? Need help staying on track with your resolutions?

Called the Budddha Bootcamp, between February 1 and March 31, 2010, Exhale Spa will tally the number of their Core Fusion and Core Fusion Sports classes you take and will reward you based on the average of classes attended each week. By averaging it, if say, you go on vacation one week and don’t take any classes, you can make them up another week.

The Buddha Bootcamp works like this: If you take an average of three classes per week, you will get your choice of a Core Fusion DVD, as well as a comp class card and a gift bag of Exhale Spa products. Take an average of four classes and the deal gets sweeter with the choice of a manicure or pedicure, as well as the comp class card and gift bag. Take an average of five classes and you get the best reward: your choice of a 30-minute facial or massage and a comp class card and gift bag.

If the Buddha Bootcamp is a little too aggressive for your fitness goals, or if you have never taken one of Exhale’s Core Fusion classes, which some of Hollywood’s most in-shape stars swear by to keep their killer bodies (including Cameron Diaz), then check out another deal from Exhale Spa called the One Week of Unlimited Classes for $40. This is a great bargain considering each Core Fusion or Core Fusion Sport class is $24. With the One Week Unlimited deal you can also take Exhale Spa’s yoga classes. Yoga classes are not part of the Buddha Bootcamp offer.
