Roses wilt and chocolates melt, but memories from a trip last forever.

Do something different this Valentine’s Day weekend by getting away with your special someone with any of these packages and deals. (And don’t forget about these or these, either.)

Say “I Love You” with a Valentine’s Day weekend package at any of the Select Registry’s Inns, B&Bs or Boutique Hotels. For example, you and your significant other can enjoy a Tuscan weekend at Beechwood Inn (Clayton, Ga., map). This features Tuscan food, Italian wines and more. The Hope and Glory Inn (Irvington, Va., map) has a “Spontaneity” Surprise Special package that is great if you have to celebrate Valentine’s Day later in the month.
Nothing can spark a little romance than a stay at the beach. Rosemary Beach, Fla., (Beaches of South Walton, along the Florida panhandle) is offering a Happy Valentine’s Stay package that includes numerous amenities, such as complimentary champagne toast for two at Courtyard Wine & Cheese and free private tennis lessons for two.
