In addition, floating candles and rose petals decorate the scene. The Setai will even present a red rose on a silver platter and a personal gift to the lucky woman. Her heart is sure to skip a beat. Cost for this romantic dinner for 2 is $650 per couple and an additional $70 per person for the wine pairing.

I can just feel the passion rising now as you savor Blue Point Oysters with chili passion fruit granita; Cocoa Nib Crusted BBQ Pork with holy basil risotto; Almond Crepes with Lobster and Shrimp served with purple asparagus, pink champagne and caviar sabayon; and a Banana Maple Souffle with chocolate sorbet. Sweeten up your Valentine’s Day evening with a decadent chocolate buffet at Cantina Beach at Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. Imagaine a 20-foot bar overlooking the ocean filled with stunning chocolate desserts, edible chocolate sculptures and chocolate flowers, and sweets ingredients to  accent the already luscious display. A complimentary glass of Agavero (blend of Tequilas with the essence of Damiana Flower) will be served. Cost is $22 per person.
