Shop D Street in Downtown Disney District

What would you get if you mixed urban art, showcased in an unfinished industrial like setting with a little Disney thrown in for fun?  The end product would be D Street, a new store recently opened in the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California (map).  D Street features the Disney inspired art of local and underground artists, in addition to popular apparel, vinyl images and pop culture collectibles.D Street 2

In the market for some jewelry?  This store has the latest offerings from jewelry designers like Classic Hardware and Tarina Tarantino.  Looking for new threads?  Hit the Street for a collection of Star Wars tees, vintage Disney tees, and lots of urban, surf and skate inspired apparel.

This location will also house  artwork from one of Southern California’s hot, new artists, Noah.  A local artist, Noah, gathers his inspiration from classic cars, old movies, times gone by, and, of course, his love for Disney.vinylmation

And what would this hip urban-styled store be without the latest craze to hit the Disney parks?  Considered the flagship store, D Street will be home to Vinylmation.  These quirky, little, mouse-eared “dolls”  are the latest in Disney collectibles.  Available in 3″ and 9″ styles, these figures represent icons, attractions, and characters from Disney Parks and Resorts.

The Downtown Disney District offers guests to Disneyland a place to shop, dine and spend some time away from the theme parks while still enjoying the magic of Disney. The area also features Disney 365,  an experience store where any guest can become the latest Disney star.

I love to shop in unique stores especially when they are full of lots of interesting items to browse.  D Street seems right up my alley!
