National Snowpants Day 2010

National Snowpants DayIt’s that time of year again, the day that many have been waiting for; National Snowpants Day, also known as Dress for the Weather Day. This Friday, the people of Toronto are urged to dress appropriately to our Canadian climate and wear their snowpants to work.

This special day was launched for the respect of our great Canadian winters. If you support the cause, you will not fear the dreaded walk outside for that long block to grab a coffee. Don’t worry, you do not have to donate any money to be apart of this event, it is all just some good warm fun. It’s mid-January so it is guaranteed to be cold out this Friday, so there is no reason not to dress according to the weather.
