Lemondrop Singles New Years Eve Party, Crowne Plaza Hotel Ballroom in Irvine (map)

The Lemondrop Club is for adults 40+, featuring 70s and 80s music.  There is a free champagne toast, plus first and last drinks are free.  There will be a dinner buffet available from 8-9:30 p.m., with dessert and coffee as well.

Rooms are available at the Crown Plaza for $74/night.

Reservations are required, and the cost is $75, or $60 if paid before December 19th.

The fondue dinner includes five courses, customized Chinese/Japanese Calligraphy scrolls and a gift for $68 per person (child, teen and vegetarian options available.  Feature martinis and sake available from $8 each.

New Years Eve Black Tie Gala, Balboa Bay Club & Resort in Newport Beach (map)

The evening starts at 8 p.m. with a reception featuring butler passed hors d’oeuvres and champagne, followed by a five course meal with paired wines created by Chef Josef Lageder. The Bobby Perino Orchestra will be playing music for the night. A midnight champagne toast is included.
