There IS Such a Thing as a Free Lunch

We’ve always been told there’s no such thing as a free lunch, but in Seattle this week Sip wine bar and restaurant, a newcomer to the downtown scene, offers free signature sliders and fries during the noon hour as part of its opening week special promotions.

White wine glass with stem The sliders are mini sirloin burgers serves on a Hawaiian sweet roll, topped with pepper mayonnaise and jack cheese, and come three to an order.  They’re served with tasty hand cut fries.

Sip aims to make wine an approachable and enjoyable experience, offering around 70 wines by the glass, in addition to wine flights and an extensive selection of wine by the bottle.  The menu offers a nice selective of comfort food, prepared and served with a few modern twists.

Location:  905 5th Avenue, 5th l& Madison, downtown (map)

Date & Time:  Wednesday, November 18th, noon-1 pm

Although not offering a free lunch, you can also find Sip at 1084 NE Park Drive in Issaquah (map) and 4793 Point Fosdick Drive NW in Gig Harbor (map).
