Cupcake Tea at the Ritz Carlton, Boston Common-Fancy That!

If you are looking for  a novel way to take a break from the madness of  the season, check out the Holiday Cupcake Tea at The Ritz Carlton, Boston Common (10 Avery St.,Boston, 617-574-7100)(Map). The Ritz Carlton is ideally located near both the Theatre District and  some of the city’s best shopping.  Cupcake Tea($22) is offered at the Ritz Carlton on Saturday afternoons from 1 PM-3 PM  throughout the holiday season, November 28-January 2 and comes with a a choice of a pot of tea, hot chocolate or non-alcoholic beverage.

Guests will enjoy a seasonal selection of five petite cupcakes- eggnog, caramel apple, gingerbread spice, chocolate peppermint patty-cake and Boston Cream Pie. Of course, you will want to save the best cupcake for last- but which one?  Each is more adorable than the next.Holiday Cupcake Tea pouring Choosing a favorite is impossible- so you must sample them all !

Children have their own cupcake tea version ($18) which features three cupcakes-chocolate peppermint pattycake, vanilla snowflake, and red velvet. Kids receive  an assortment of toppings to decorate their cupcakes too. Fun!

Cupcake tea is served in the Ritz Carlton’s Lobby  Gallery-  a stylish setting where the focal point is the dramatic fireplace and modern, original art . The live piano  music- holiday, light jazz, and show tunes -adds to the ambiance. Cupcake Tea at the Ritz Carlton is a popular event-so do make reservations.

    Even though it seems like these tiny cupcakes are becoming a cliche across the country, this particular tea at the Boston Ritz Carlton takes it to a whole new yummy level!
