Plan Your Museum Night Visit Now

Museumnacht, Museum Night, is on Saturday 7 November from 7 pm-2am. Museumnacht is an excellent opportunity to see several museums during one evening.

Forty-three museum open their doors on these unorthodox hours. This means that almost all Amsterdam museums participate.

The participating museums offer special events, including jazz concerts, poetry reading, dance performances, interactive workshops and lots more. Most museums also offer food and drinks.

Start planning your visit now and buy your ticket online to avoid long queues on the evening itself. Presales end on 30 October.

Evening sale during Museumnacht ends at 10 pm.

It is important to know that you CANNOT buy the museum pass from the participating museums.

Museumnacht tickets in presale cost €14 and €17 when bought on the night of 7 November. They include entrance to the participating museums, free transport on trams and Museumnacht boats. You will also get a map showing all participating museums and their programmes.  The pass also allows entrance to one museum of your choice on a different day and is valid until 31 December 2009.

Your Iamsterdam Card or Museumjaarkaart are not valid on Museumnacht.
