Located in a 277-acre city park called Fair Park, just two miles from downtown Dallas, this event has something for everyone in the family.

The Chevrolet Main Stage outdoor festival venue holds concerts all week long, featuring headliners on the weekends. This weekend, Little Big Town will be headlining on Saturday at 8:30 pm and Duelo on Sunday at 3:00 pm.

Want to see what a brand-new Chevy drives like? If you have a qualified license, you can test-drive a new Equinox, Traverse, Malibu, or Camero for free in East Park Plaza. There is also the State Fair Auto Show, which is the biggest show for new cars, trucks, and many concept vehicles. Of course you cannot miss the Truck Zone, the favorite of all Texans, showing the newest trucks on the market. The Classic Corral is where you can find all of the vintage cars and motorcycles are on display.

The Texas Skyway gives visitors a great bird’s-eye view of Fair Park, as the aerial track stretches 1,800 ft. between two stations. There is a starlight Parade Texas Fairevery night with illuminated floats, costumed characters and more. The Pirates of the Caribbean Dive Show is always entertaining with three shows during the week and four weekend performances.

The Celebrity Kitchen is a popular event where famous chefs do live demonstrations of tasty recipes of all kinds daily. The State Fair of Texas Wine Garden also has tastings in the courtyard with live jazz on the weekends.
