Arizona Fall Festivals

What fun to get out and explore different parts of the state for a day trip or a short weekend to check out themed festivals. Here are just a few that are coming up in the next few weeks that might peak your interest. For even more festivals, visit the Arizona Board of Tourism’s site.

Standin’ on the corner
September 25 and 26

If you’re an Eagles fan, you already know that in the lyrics of their song “Take It Easy” mentions … Standin’ – On – A – Corner – In – Winslow, Arizona.”

The town of Winslow capitalizes on this “brush with fame” every year at their festival where you too can stand on the corner in historic downtown Winslow. Live bands, including Phoenix’s own 74th Street Band, food, crafts and games for the kids and other activities are available for guests.
