Free Cupcake Tasting

If I was a cupcake fanatic and lived in New York, I’d probably be stalking the Cupcake Stop, New York’s first mobile cupcake truck, but since I’m in South Florida, I need an alternative to satisfy my sugar cravings.  I think  the upcoming cupcake events taking place at Miele in Boca may be my answer, and guess what? They are both guilt-free (gluten and sugar free) and free to attend. Ursula Rafer “aka The Cupcake Chef” has created a healthy version of one of my favorite childhood indulgences. Red Velvet, Vanilla Bean, Chai Tea — doesn’t that sound tempting (and some of my favorite foodie friends have recommended them.) But I must admit, I am a bit skeptical. So what does that mean? A taste test is in order. When? It’s easy.

On Monday, September 14 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm, she will be hosting an open house at Miele in Boca Raton. Along with her scrumptious cupcakes, muffins, scones and brownies (all healthy). Candied pecans and drinks will also be served. As a special addition, she will be highlighting 2 brand new flavors.  Can’t wait to find out what they will be.

When: Monday, September 14 (There is an additional tasting on Monday, September 21 same time.)

Time: 2:00 – 5:00 pm

Where: Miele, 7680 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton 561-699-3923
