Free Days and Discounts at Phoenix Museums

Phoenicians are blessed to have a large variety of museums like the Arizona Science Center, the Desert Botanical Gardens,  and the Challenger Space Center to name a few,  right here in our own backyard.  Sometimes we don’t realize what the town has to offer until our long-lost cousins, high school friends or old Aunt Edna come to visit.  But, here’s your chance to become an informed tour guide.

To get your culture fix and save a few dollars in the process, check out a great web site – Showup.com for their Culture Pass.  The pass is also available for “check-out” from local Phoenix-area libraries and will admit four adults for free to one of several museums (plus the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens).  If the passes aren’t available at the library, don’t despair; many of the museums that participate in the Culture Pass also have regular free admission days.

Here’s the list, but best to check with them first before you pack up the kids, friends and Aunt Edna in the car.
