Perseids in Manila
No, its not a hip new band.
I woke up today grumpy that I had an early morning meeting, but all that changed when my brother called me all the way from the U.S. to let me know that there is a meteor shower happening tonight. Apparently, the earth passes through a meteor belt everytime this year so it’s a good night to head out somewhere high. I recommend going to Antipolo because it’s near Manila and not that commercialized. Less lights, more stars. You might want to go to Vieux Chalet for a sumptious dinner beside an unobstructed view of the sky. So make a wish Manila. Tonight is the night to catch that shooting star.
