Win a Pack of Fuji EnviroMAX Batteries!

I love living in the Denver area. I love it so much that my family and I do whatever we can to be environmentally friendly. I love that our neighborhood offers recycling and we are adamant about not throwing away anything that can be recycled. Which, asks the question, what about batteries?

I do not like throwing batteries in the trash because they are extremely bad for the environment, but I can’t throw them in the recycling bin either.

Fuji has come up with a new product that is designed for “greener living”. The Fuji EnviroMAX are a much-anticipated battery line, which comes in Super and Digital Alkaline varieties and are one of the first eco-respectful, high performance batteries on the market. They are also mercury, cadmium and PVC-free and land-fill safe. The batteries offer “maximum power with minimum impact.”

Fuji EnviroMAX are competitively priced and match, or even exceed, the performance and lifespan of other major brands.

These batteries have won two awards for 2009, which include the 2009 Seal of Approval from The National Parenting Center and the 2009 iParenting Media Award.

The National Parenting Center called the batteries “impressive” for their performance and reviewers singled out Fuji’s environmentally respectful manufacturing process, vowing to rethink their own future battery purchases. The iParenting Media Award chose the batteries for Outstanding Product in the Gear and Accessories category as the “innovative product that will have a positive, long term impact on the environment.”

Fuji EnviroMAX batteries are available in Super Alkaline AA, AAA, C, and D (MSRP $3.99), and Digital Alkaline, AA and AAA (MSRP $5.99).
