Straight Frank in White Trash
Looking for something to do this Thursday night? Something with a bit of rock involved perhaps? My all-new favourite Swedish rock band, Straight Frank, is playing at White Trash.
According to their own mantra they’re “Straight Frank, straight rock ‘n’ roll and no f****** bullshit”. Whether there’s any feces of the bovine kind behind stage I don’t know, but I’ve seen them live once before and on stage they definitely rock. If you don’t trust my judgement, check out their myspace page and have a listen – Bullet is definitely my favourite of the samples there. It also doesn’t hurt that the lead singer is kinda hot.
The gig starts at 10pm and, as we’re talking a loud rock band here, it’ll be in the basement club level. Just keep following the stairs down and you’ll find it. I’m not sure what the cover charge is exactly, but it’s usually something like 5 Euro entry.
So if you’re up for a bit of ear bashing rock, come along. I’ll probably be right near the front.
