If you think that it is impossible to get a cocktail for 2 Euros in Strahinjica Bana (or Silicone Valley), and have relaxed atmosphere with music hits from 80’s, while you sit on simple but comfortable chairs outside – you are definitely wrong. All of this you can find in Belgrade café Brat Fidel. This place is located in Strahinjica Bana just next to Kalemedgan fortress and Belgrade Zoo.
The café, better known as Radionica, and initially there were two cafes located on the opposite sides of the street, but it seems that the economy let the only one of them survive. This is actually very small place well known for its reasonable prices and perfect location. Relatively recently this place became also popular during the day as they also introduced fast free of charge internet connection.
The people who visit this place are mostly in their twenties and early thirties and during the weekend, it seems that most of these people start their fun in places like this one and then later on proceed to one of Belgrade rafts or clubs.
In case you did not like this place just proceed walking through the street and I am sure you will find at least one place that suits your needs in the street with the biggest number of cafes.
