Spend a pleasant day or weekend in Victoria, B.C.

Because it’s so easy to get to, Victoria makes a perfect place for a day or weekend getaway.  One of the prettiest cities, surrounded by spectacular scenery and historic sites, it’s one of B.C. main attractions as well as being the Provincial Capital.

You can get to Victoria easily from downtown Vancouver on the city bus 98 Bline express to tairport Station, transfer to the 620 Tsawwassen bus which drops you off right at the ferry terminal.  Once ou land at Schwartz Bay you cana take a local bus into the city right to the downtown core near the Inner Harbour.

This is where you;ll find many of Victoria’s top attractions including the Legislative Buildings, the Royal B.C. Museum, and the grand old Empress Hotel. The Inner Harbour is also the starting point of outdoor adventures from whale watching to kayaking tours.   It’s also a busy hub for float planes and ferries from Washington State, U.S.  Victoria is a history city full of beautiful old buildings and heritage homes.  It’s an ideal city for touring by foot.  Enjoy the art galleries, museums, s hops and restaurants or take a quiet stroll in Beacon Hill Park, a peaceful oasis just minutes from downtown.
